Crazy weather
So the last approximately 36 hours have been a trip here on the east coast.
At roughly 6pm eastern time on Saturday, the temperature was around 50 degrees and just beginning to rain.
At 6am(ish) on Sunday morning, its 55 degrees and still raining.
By 5 pm Sunday late day, its 38 degrees and snowing like crazy. ( We had close to 2 inches of steady soaking rain for almost 24 hours.)
At 6am Monday morning, its 23 degrees with freaking 6-7 inches of snow on the ground and the sun is shining without a cloud in sky.
Trees are bent down everywhere due to the heavy wet snow.
I can only imagine if that all would have came as snow. With the common conversion of 1 inch of rain = 10 inches of snow, that would have put us at about 26+ inches. Crazy weather pattern...indeed.
